Description

Professional machine thread cutter, type M 8x1, for cutting metric fine threads . It is made in accordance with the ISO2 standard, has an angle of 60 degrees, tolerance class of the threads made ISO2-6H, type of the nut 2A. It is suitable for threading parts made of very hard and hard-to-machine materials, such as unalloyed (carbon) steel, structural steel, metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (bronze, brass) and hardenable plastics. The fine-coil machine threaders we offer are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel, whose cutting properties are much higher than those of conventional tool steel. First of all, HSS threaders are more efficient and more accurate. They allow machining at high speeds, during which high temperatures are generated. Even under such harsh conditions, the blades of the taps maintain high cutting efficiency and wear resistance. They are also resistant to other mechanical damage (breaking, blunting, chipping). This makes it possible to extend the service life and reduce overall machining costs.
