It is designed to make the shape of a circle with a certain outer radius. The circular cutters in our store were produced in accordance with the highest standards. High-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel) has been used for their production. This is a steel with increased technical parameters. First of all, it is very hard and durable, and can withstand heavy cutting conditions.
