Countersink countersink10,4 120 degrees with cylindrical shank. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes. High quality 10,4 120 degree conical countersink, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 347. Designed for professional machining of holes with a maximum diameter of 10,4 mm, at an angle of 120 degrees. It can be used to enlarge holes and also to remove unevenness of their surface (burrs). The countersinks in our offer are made with the highest accuracy in accordance with DIN 347, using a special HSS high-speed steel. It is characterized by better parameters, which affect the possibility of achieving better machining results. First of all, HSS countersinks are very hard and resistant to abrasion by high temperatures. This allows for a significant increase in speed and the possibility of high-performance machining. Countersink blades are resistant to harsh cutting conditions (including temperatures up to 600 degrees C). They are also rarely subject to mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life. Tapered countersinks from our offer are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and others.
