Countersink Ø40 mm 120° DIN 347 C HSS is a high-performance cutting tool designed for professional facing and hole enlargement. With three precision-ground cutting edges, the tool ensures excellent stability during operation, resulting in uniform cutting and a higher-quality surface finish.
Ø40 mm 120° countersink is made from HSS (High Speed Steel), which offers excellent resistance to wear and high temperatures up to six hundred °C. The tool is ideal for working with materials such as stainless steel, unalloyed steel, nonferrous metals, metal alloys, and plastics.
High quality working surface facilitates chip evacuation and reduces adhesion of the workpiece material, increasing machining efficiency and tool life. Thanks to its design and compliance with DIN 347 C, countersink for metal is suitable for both conventional drilling machines and modern CNC machines.
