Application Ø30 mm 90° countersink for stainless steel ensures effective machining of difficult-to-machine materials such as austenitic steels, brass, bronze and aluminum alloys. Made of cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel (HSSE), the tool offers increased wear resistance and long service life even under high thermal loads.
High-quality cutting surface enables the production of smooth countersinks for countersunk screw heads and the machining of hole entrances. The robust straight shank ensures firm clamping in the chuck and secure tool guidance in automatic or manual cycles.
