Carbide insert TNMA 160412 lathe, multi-sharpness intended for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials, even in very heavy cutting conditions. This is an insert type TNMA 160412 NTH2 - a replacement for TNMG, manufactured by the world-famous Polish company Baildonit. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: side length l - 16.5 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 1.2 mm. The multicutting inserts in our store are manufactured to the highest precision from high-quality NTH2 (M10-M25) carbide (K10-K25). This is a unique grade of carbide, double-coated, designed for medium precision and roughing. NTH2 carbide multi-cutting inserts are recommended for high-performance machining of malleable cast iron, gray cast iron and brittle materials that yield short chips. They can be used at sufficiently high cutting speeds and feeds under difficult conditions. They are suitable for both conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
