Carbide insert is dedicated to professional machining of very hard materials even under severe cutting conditions. Carbide insert it has the following dimensions: side length l - 16.5 mm, insert thickness s - 4.76 mm, corner radius re - 0.4 mm. Multi-cutting inserts in our store are distinguished by increased resistance to abrasive wear under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. They are made of a special grade of sintered carbide grade H6310. It is a CVD-coated grade for finishing steel and cast steel at high cutting speeds, characterized by resistance to high cutting temperatures. The multi-cutting inserts are suitable for conventional and CNC machine tools.
