Carbide insert it is manufactured by the well-known and respected Korean company Horn. It is a triangular insert with a corner radius re - 0.4 mm. The multicutting inserts offered in our store are made in the highest precision from a special grade of tungsten carbide H6018. This is CVD-coated carbide, characterized by above-average strength for heavy cutting conditions and also higher resistance to abrasive wear. TCMT, PH 5125 multi-cutting inserts are suitable for professional turning of very hard and hard-to-machine materials, including primarily various grades of steel (alloyed and unalloyed, stainless, heat-resistant). The multi-cutting inserts are very resistant to high temperatures (700 - 1000 degrees C), which allows for increased machining efficiency.
