Carbide insert DCMT070204 lathe, multi-sharpness with MV chipbreaker made by Horn. Professional DCMT 070204 MV lathe insert, multi-sharpened D shape. It is a rhombic insert with an angle of 55 degrees, with a hole and a chipbreaker on one side. Carbide insert is manufactured by Palbit. A special grade of tungsten carbide H6310 (P10 - P30) is used in its production. It is designed for high-performance machining of unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel and other types of steel. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store have the following dimensions: side length 7.75 mm, thickness 2.38 mm, insert radius 0.4 mm. The use of sintered carbide in the production of inserts allows to obtain better cutting parameters, as well as to increase resistance to harsh machining conditions. The inserts are suitable for high-temperature machining (700 - 1000 degrees C) created during cutting at medium and high speeds.
