Carbide insert DCMT 11T302 lathe cutting, multi-sharpness with FM chipbreaker by Korean company Horn. High-end DCMT 11T302 lathe insert, D-shaped multi-point, type DCMT 11T302 FM made by the world famous company Horn. The dimensions of the insert: side length 11.6 0 mm, thickness 3.97 mm, corner radius 0.2 mm. It is a rhombic insert with an angle of 55 degrees, with a hole and a single-sided breaker.

A special grade of tungsten carbide H6018 was used for the insert. Its technical parameters allow to perform high-performance machining of mixed environments of steel and stainless steel. The inserts offered in our store are very hard and durable, resistant to abrasive wear.

They are also resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when cutting at medium and high speeds. Multi-cutting inserts are suitable for various types of conventional and CNC (computerized numerical control) machine tools.
