Carbide end mill 22 VHM
Carbide end mill 22 Z-4 VHM 45 HRC is a solid carbide (VHM) cutter for machining structural and alloy steels, austenitic stainless steels and cast iron with hardness up to 45 HRC. The Z-4 configuration provides four effective cutting edges, which promotes uniform loading and stable operation in roughing and semi-finishing operations.
The fi 22 diameter increases the rigidity of the cutter and reduces deflection at wider milling widths, making it easier to maintain dimensional tolerances on planes and contours. The cutter works well in planing, side milling, pocketing and grooving, providing predictable chip form and controlled roughness in CNC center work.
