UNSNo 4-36 unified U.S. burnisher for cutting external threads. A professional UNS unified round, right-handed button dies. It is recommended both for manual and machine cutting of UNS No 4-36 American unified fine threads. The angle of the thread being cut is 60 degrees and the tolerance class of the threads made is 2A, the nut is 1,75P. In our offer we offer you high quality UNS No 4-36 threading dies of Polish production, manufactured in accordance with DIN-EN22568. They are made of special HSS high speed steel. This unique tool steel is characterized by increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions, including elevated temperatures - up to 600 degrees. The properties of HSS allow high-performance threading (at high speed) and at the same time very accurate. The dies are suitable for machining materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
