Professional circular UNC thread cutter designed for professional cutting of unified inch threads with normal pitch UN 1.1/4-8, produced by the world-famous Czech manufacturer of machining tools - Cztool company from Bucovice. Die Cztool enjoy the recognition of even very demanding customers. Die unified Fanar are made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22568, have an angle of 60 degrees, and the tolerance class of notched threads is 2A, the nut is 1.75P. Die unified in our offer were produced from modern HSS high-speed steel.
Thanks to this steel, die are more resistant to harsh cutting conditions, more durable, hard and resistant to abrasive wear. Their advantage is long service life and increased resistance of the blades to potential mechanical damage. Die are suitable for machining steels with toughness up to 800 MPa, unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of P1 class. 2- P1.3.
