It is suitable for manual and machine cutting of external unified inch threads with normal pitch UNS 10-36. The tolerance field of the made threads is 2A, and the nut is 1,75P.
This type of threads are made of special HSS high speed steel. It is a steel with improved properties. It is resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including high temperatures created when threading at high speeds. The offered 10-36 UNS unified dies make it possible to increase the speed of machining, and thus make more rational use of the workstations you have. This ensures increased durability, service life and reliability of the tools. The dies are designed for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
