Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 37
Modern finishing shell reamer 37 H7 NRNb, working diameter 37 mm, chip grooves, designed to perform finishing of cylindrical hole. It is a slip-on finish reamer with a tapered shank designed for finishing (finished) after drilling. It can be used both to enlarge the diameter of the hole and bring out its bore, and to obtain the ideal shape and dimension of the machined hole. Slip-on reamers 37 found in our store are manufactured from special HSS, the properties of which improve the quality of cutting and make the tools more resistant to harsh cutting conditions. Machine reamers of this type are suitable for machining carbon steels, metals, thermosetting plastics and metal alloys. The reamers can be used for computer numerical control machine tools and conventional milling and turning machines. They are characterized by higher hardness, durability, resistance to abrasion and any mechanical damage to the blade.
