Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 63
Finishing shell reamer 63 H7 NRNb with a diameter of 63 mm designed for finishing cylindrical holes in H7 tolerance. This is a slip-on finishing reamer , with a B-taper shank, used for the final machining of cylindrical form at the required higher tolerance class - H7. It has chip grooves and is suitable for machining through-holes and blind holes. Its task is to ensure the exact dimension of the hole, remove even very small allowances of material, level the surface of the hole, improve its geometry and lead out the axis. The 63-machine countersinks offered in our store are made in accordance with DIN 219 from modern HSS high-speed steel. This makes the reamers very hard, durable and resistant to harsh working conditions. They are characterized by increased resistance to any mechanical damage and the possibility of machining even very hard materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class on conventional and numerically controlled machine tools.
