Finishing shell reamer for metal fi 55
High quality finishing shell reamer 55 H7 NRNb, slip-on finisher, in accordance with DIN 219A. This is a multi-flute tool with straight grooves, designed for finishing cylindrical, blind holes - "at the ready". Slip-on reamers 55 machine reamers of this type are designed to improve or adjust the hole to meet design requirements. They are suitable for enlarging the diameter of the hole, improving the geometry and bringing out the axis of the hole, as well as for reducing irregularities on the surface of the machined hole. The reamers on offer at our store are made of special HSS high-speed steel. The technical properties of this steel improve the technical parameters of the tools, increase the resistance to harsh cutting conditions and also improve the resistance of the blades to possible mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). They can be used for various types of conventional machine tools as well as CNC machine tools.
