Modern finishing shell reamer 30 H7 machine NRNb, with a diameter of 30 mm. It is a machine finisher, designed to perform fine finishing in the H7 tolerance class. It is a multi-tool, whose task is to ensure the exact dimension of the hole diameter and the lowest possible roughness of its surface. Offered by us slip-on reamers 30 machine reamers are made in accordance with DIN 219, and are designed to perform machining "at the ready" after prior use of a drill or peeler. The reamers in question are characterized by their universal application for machining a wide range of materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics. They are made entirely of special high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel with enhanced cutting properties. Tools made from this steel are more resistant to mechanical damage and have a long service life.
