Made of high-speed steel with the addition of cobalt HSSE, it is characterized by high temperature and abrasion resistance, which translates into stable and repeatable machining quality.
Thanks to its TiN (titanium nitride) coating, center drill offers low friction, more efficient chip evacuation and a much longer service life. The typical 90° angle in accordance with DIN 333A allows preparatory machining of holes for standard threading and reaming operations.
