UNC 5/16-18 inch unified tooling

The5/16-18 UNC inch unified American burnisher for cutting external threads. The unified round UNC-type annealer is made according to the dimensional standard DIN-EN 22568. It is a Polish product, characterized by high quality workmanship from special high-grade HSS steel. It is designed for manual and machine threading. It is suitable for cutting external unified inch threads with normal pitch UNC 5/16-18. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2A, and the nut is 1,75P. The threads are created in the first pass. The 5/16-18 UNC thread s are resistant to harsh machining conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees) created when threading at increased speed. They allow to increase the cutting speed, which contributes to higher cutting efficiency and thus more rational use of available workstations. A characteristic feature of threading dies is also higher resistance to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, splits, chipping and others). This ensures increased tool life and extended service life.
