Suitable for manual and machine threading, with the proper thread cutting taking place in the first working pass. Tolerance field A, angle 55 degrees. We offer you 7/8 inch pipe chasers made in accordance with DIN-EN 24231, and they have been produced from modern WS tool steel. This is a special steel used for the production of tools used for multi-series machining in large workshops and plants. The feature of the offered tooling dies is mainly their high resistance to heavy machining conditions. They can be used for high-performance machining - at high speeds. The blades of the dies of the dies are resistant to abrasion even under the influence of high temperatures arising during threading with increased speed. These inch-pipe dies are suitable for threading workpieces made of hard materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3.
