Professional die G 1 3/8 inch pipe, tubular-roller burnisher. Round tooling machine VIS, inch-pipe, type NHRa designed for professional cutting of external pipe-roller threads. It is made in accordance with DIN-EN 24231. Tolerance class of made threads A, thread angle 55 degrees. Threads die G 1 3/8 inch for pipes from our store are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. A special tool steel WS was used for their manufacture. Thanks to the properties of this steel, the chisels are characterized by increased hardness, durability and resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. They can work in very harsh conditions with significant unit pressures. Even under such circumstances, the blades of the dies maintain a high abrasion resistance and are resistant to any mechanical damage. The blades are not subject to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). This has an impact on extending the service life of tools and reducing labor costs.
