Long Ø18 mm HSS annular cutter is an industrial tool designed for efficient deep-hole drilling in structural steels, stainless steels, and nonferrous alloys. The annular design removes material only around the circumference, accelerating drilling and minimizing chip volume in the machining zone.
The long cutting version enables work in thicker workpieces while maintaining good tool rigidity. Ø18 mm annular cutter is made from strong high-speed steel (HSS), resistant to high temperatures and mechanical wear. The tool features a ¾” Weldon shank, ensuring full compatibility with magnetic drills. With an adapter, it can also be used in lathes and milling machines with a Ø18 mm cylindrical chuck.
