Core hole drill 42 mm HSS long version is a precision fi 42 mm HSS tubular drill bit, designed for making deep holes in structural steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous alloys. Thanks to trepanning technology, the material is cut only on the periphery of the hole, which increases drilling efficiency and reduces the amount of chips produced.
High-grade HSS high-speed steel provides resistance to abrasion, overheating and cracking, even under continuous heavy-duty conditions. The long version of the drill allows drilling through thick workpieces in a single pass, saving time and improving productivity. The ¾" Weldon shank ensures full compatibility with most magnet drills. With the use of an adapter, it is also possible to use in lathes and milling machines with fi 18 mm chuck.
