Core hole drill 36 mm HSS long version is a heavy-duty fi 36 mm HSS tubular drill bit, designed for drilling deep holes in structural steels, stainless steels and non-ferrous alloys. Thanks to the trepan design, the tool removes material only from the periphery, which significantly reduces machining time and increases the efficiency of the drilling process.
High-grade HSS high-speed steel provides abrasion and heat resistance, which translates into a long tool life even under heavy use. The standard ¾" Weldon shank allows it to work with most magnet drills. With the appropriate adapter, the drill can also be used in milling machines and lathes with fi 18 mm chuck.
The elongated geometry makes it possible to drill holes in thicker parts in a single pass, eliminating the need to change tools and increasing the productivity of the entire process.
