Modern VBMT 110304 lathe insert, multi-sharp triangular bevelled, without breaker designed for professional milling of hard and difficult-to-machine materials. Type of insert VBMT 110304 , made by the Korean company Horn. Carbide insert has a side length l - 11.0 mm, thickness s - 3.18 mm and corner radius re - 0.4 mm. It is manufactured according to the latest standards from a special grade of cemented carbide H6310 (P15-P40, M10-M25). It is a PVD-coated grade for machining steel, stainless steel. Carbide multi-cutting inserts are resistant to the high temperatures generated during cutting at increased speeds. The inserts are resistant to abrasive wear and resistant to potential mechanical damage (fracture, crack, breakage, chipping) of the blades. They are recommended for high-performance machining on conventional and CNC machine tools.
