Carbide insert TPAN 1603 lathe, multi-point PPN SM25T from the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. The SM25T (P15-P40) (M25-M35) grade is designed for machining steel, cast steel and stainless steels with large cross-sectional spray chip and variable thickness. It is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. It can be used at high and medium cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer. Modern TPKN 1603 milling insert, multi-point, triangular, type TPKN 1603 PPR SM-25T. It is a right-cutting insert with the following dimensions: side length l - 16.5 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm. Its manufacturer is the world-renowned Polish company Baildonit. It is made of high-quality carbide SM25T (P05-P20) (M10-M20) coated with PVD method. High cutting properties of carbide p, designed for fine milling of ordinary steels and materials that tend to stick, i.e. low-carbon steels, stainless steels and surface-hardened materials. The multi-cutting inserts offered in our store are resistant to severe cutting conditions. They are resistant to high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. Multi-cutting inserts are suitable for high-performance machining on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
