High-quality APKT 160408 PDER insert for aluminum is a multi-cutting insert for heat-resistant materials, shape A (rectangular) designed for professional face milling, groove milling, indentation milling. It is a 16x04x08 insert with an angle of 15 degrees. A special grade of carbide K10 ground was used for its production. This special grade of carbide is suitable for professional processing of alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant and heat-resistant steel, as well as cast steel and equal grades of cast iron. The carbides used in the production of the multi-cutting inserts we offer are very hard and durable. They can be used at high and medium cutting speeds, and large cross sections of the cut layer. APKT 160408 multicutting carbide inserts are suitable for fine and medium precision machining in severe conditions, including high temperatures reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. They are recommended for conventional and CNC machine tools.
