Carbide insert cutter APKT 1135 for steel

Carbide insert multi-sharpened right, type APKT 1135 dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. Its manufacturer is a Korean company . It is suitable for high-performance cutting, even at very high speeds. It has the following dimensions: side length l - 11 mm, insert thickness s - 3,5 mm. A special grade of sintered carbide 5520(P05-P20) (M10-M20) was used for the insert. This type of carbide is PVD-coated, which increases the hardness and durability of the insert and also increases its resistance to abrasive wear. APKT 1135 multi-cutting inserts are designed for fine milling of ordinary steels and materials that tend to stick, i.e. low-carbon steels, stainless steels and surface-hardened materials. They are suitable for various types of conventional machine tools as well as CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
