Modern SPKN 1504 EDSR U10s milling insert, multi-sharpened, produced by the Polish manufacturer Baildonit. It is an insert distinguished by above-average resistance to heavy cutting conditions, greater resistance to abrasion and also greater resistance to potential mechanical damage. The multi-sharp inserts offered in our store have the following dimensions: side length l - 15,88 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm. The inserts are dedicated to both individual customers and large industrial plants. They are made of high-quality U10s tungsten carbide. It is a grade with high technical parameters, designed for machining various types of cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable). We offer you multi-cutting inserts, the quality and cutting capabilities of which are far superior to tools made of high-speed steel. Multi-cutting inserts are characterized by above-average strength for very difficult cutting conditions.
