Modern SPKN 1504 EDR SM25T milling insert, multi-point, produced by Baildonit - a Polish manufacturer of cutting tools. Carbide insert it has the following dimensions: side length l - 15,88 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm. In our store, we offer you high-quality multi-cutting inserts characterized by high hardness and durability, as well as increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. The inserts are made of a special grade of sintered carbide SM25T (P15-P40) (M25-M35). The high quality of the carbide's above-average technical parameters make it possible to perform high-performance machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials, including steel, cast steel and stainless steels with splinter chips of large cross-section and variable thickness. The carbide grade in question is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. It can be used at high and medium cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer.
