Carbide insert lathe CNMA 120412
Modern CNMA 120412 lathe insert with multiple cutting edges designed for professional turning of workpieces made of hard materials. C-shape of the insert - rhombic with a hole of 80 degrees, without a chipbreaker. Type CNM 120412 insert, with the following dimensions: insert thickness 4,76 mm, side length 12,90 mm, radius 1,20 mm. Carbide insert is produced by the Polish manufacturer - Baildonit company. Its advantage is high hardness and durability, as well as resistance to any mechanical damage. A special grade of sintered carbide NHT2 (M10-M25) (K10-K25) double-coated was used in the production of the insert, which is designed for medium roughing of malleable cast iron, gray cast iron and brittle materials giving short chips at sufficiently high cutting speeds and feeds in difficult conditions. The multi-cutting inserts we offer are recommended for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
