Carbide insert SPKN 1504 EDR NMK20 milling, multi-sharpened, Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Modern SPKN 1504 EDR NMK20 milling insert, multi-point. This is a right-hand insert with the following dimensions: side length l - 15,88 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm. The manufacturer of the insert is the Polish company Baildonit, which is well-known and appreciated by professionals in all industries around the world. Multicutting inserts found in our store are distinguished by increased strength to severe cutting conditions and also increased resistance to potential mechanical damage to blades (fractures, chipping, cracks). They are manufactured from tungsten carbide NMK-20. It is a CVD-coated grade, designed for medium and rough milling of gray cast iron mainly in dry machining conditions, with medium and high cutting speeds. The inserts are suitable for high-speed cutting on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
