Carbide insert SEKR 1203 multi-blade with chipbreaker AFEN from the Czech manufacturer Pramet. Grade M8340 - is designed for machining steel, stainless steel, and heat-resistant materials. High-quality SEKR 1203 multi-cutting insert, designed for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. This is a SEKR 1203 type insert with AFEN chipbreaker manufactured by the Czech company Pramet. The dimensions of the insert: the length of the side 12,70 mm, the thickness of the insert 3,18 mm. A special grade of sintered carbide S10 M was used for the production of the inserts. It is a carbide with high properties, distinguished by increased hardness and strength for heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to its properties, SEKR multi-cutting inserts are recommended for professional cutting of hard materials, including but not limited to alloyed steel, unalloyed steel, stainless steel, cast steel and cast iron. The multi-cutting inserts we offer are resistant to harsh cutting conditions, including very high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. Their advantage of inserts is above-average resistance to abrasive wear and also to other mechanical damage.
