The TT9080 grade is designed for machining steel, stainless steels, heat-resistant and hardened materials, splinter chip with large cross-section and variable thickness, cast iron and heat-resistant materials. It is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads. It can be used at high and medium cutting speeds and large cross sections of the cut layer.
High-quality RDHT 1003 circular, milling, multi-cutting insert for copy milling. It is an insert manufactured by the world-famous Portuguese company Teagutec. Technical data of the insert: length 10 mm, insert thickness 3,18 mm. Carbide insert multi-cutting insert offered to you in our store is recommended for professional processing of hard materials, even in very difficult cutting conditions. It is suitable for cutting at high speeds, even in the resulting high temperature reaching even 700 - 1000 degrees C. The multi-cutting inserts offered to you are made of sintered carbide, whose properties are comparable to those of diamond.
