W3536 grade - designed for machining steel, stainless steel and heat-resistant materials.
Modern ROHX 1204MO D67 W3536, round, milling, multi-sharpness insert, designed for professional heavy-duty cutting. This is a round insert manufactured by German cutting tool manufacturer Walter. It has the following dimensions: side length 12 mm and thickness 4,76 mm. Carbide insert it is characterized by above-average hardness and durability, as well as resistance to abrasive wear. A special grade of tungsten carbide W3536 was used in the production of the insert. This grade is designed for machining steel, stainless steel and heat-resistant materials. The use of such multicutting inserts allows high-speed, high-speed cutting, even at the resulting high temperature reaching up to 700 - 1000 degrees C. The inserts are distinguished by their high hardness and durability. In this respect, their parameters are comparable to those of diamond.
