High-quality RDHX 0501 round, milling, multi-sharpness, circular insert, type RDHX 0501 manufactured by the Swedish company Sanvik, which is highly regarded by professionals. Carbide insert has the following dimensions: radius size r 5.0 mm, thickness 1.51 mm . Carbide insert it is distinguished by its increased resistance to very difficult cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when cutting at high speeds - 700 - 1000 degrees C. Carbide insert is recommended for professional machining on conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools in CNC technology. It is manufactured to the highest standards, from a special grade of carbide HSC 05 PVTi. This is a type of carbide distinguished by above-average resistance to fatigue dynamic loading, as well as to glass abrasive wear. HSC 05 PVTi carbide multi-cutting inserts are suitable for machining workpieces made of unalloyed and alloyed steels, stainless steel, as well as hardened materials.
