ODMT 0605ZZN milling insert, multi-sharpness, from Polish manufacturer Baildonit. Modern SPKN 1203 EDSR milling insert, multi-point, recommended for single and multi-batch machining in large production plants. The manufacturer of the insert is the world-renowned Polish company Baildonit. It is a right-hand insert with the following dimensions: side length l - 12.70 mm, insert thickness s - 3.18 mm. It is suitable for professional machining in heavy cutting conditions, including high temperatures created during high-speed cutting. The multi-cutting inserts in our offer are made of a special grade of sintered carbide P250, (NT25) (P10-P35). It is a CVD-coated universal grade, designed for high-performance machining of medium-precision steel under adverse conditions characterized by high cutting edge safety. It is suitable for conventional and CNC machine tools.
