CNMG 120408 multi-point latheinserts from the Korean manufacturer Horn. The grade is designed for machining: steel, stainless steel. High-quality CNMG 120 408 rhombic multi-point turning insert with an 80-degree angle hole, with a double-sided chipbreaker. Shape C insert, type CNMG manufactured by the Korean company Horn. Technical data of the insert: side length 12.90 mm, insert thickness 4.76 mm, insert radius 0.80 mm. It is a multi-cutting insert designed for turning parts made of hard steels (unalloyed, alloyed, heat-resistant, acid-resistant) as well as cast steel. A special grade of sintered carbide H6310 was used in its production. The advantage is the ability to carry out machining in harsh conditions, even at temperatures as high as 700 - 1000 degrees C. The use of a special grade of carbide, combined with the appropriate blade geometry, allows for more efficient and effective machining. Our multi-cutting inserts are recommended for high-speed machining on both conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
