This is a multi-cutting insert manufactured by a very well-known Japanese company Mitsubishi. The advantage of the insert is its increased hardness and durability. Shape of insert C - rhombic with hole, angle of 80 degrees, type CNMA (replacement CNMG) 120408, dimensions: length of shunt 12,90 mm, thickness 4,76 mm, radius 0,80 mm. It is manufactured from a special grade of sintered carbide UC5115, whose high technical parameters allow for high-performance machining of workpieces made of various grades of cast iron. The multicutting carbide inserts we offer are dedicated to performing high-performance machining, at medium and high speeds, even at the resulting high temperature reaching even 700 - 1000 degrees C. The use of carbide allows to achieve much higher cutting effects.
