Woodruff groove milling cutter 28,5x8
Modern 28,5x8 shaped burr, type NFRh, with dimensions 28,5 mm (outer diameter), 8 mm (working thickness). This is a high-quality angle cutter designed for cutting Woodruf grooves, or shuttle grooves. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 850 A (straight blades), from special high-speed steel HSSE (High Speed Steel Cobalt). This type of NFRh shank milling cutters are recommended for simultaneous machining of two planes and also for machining of one plane. The milling cutters have the advantage of increased resistance to very harsh cutting conditions, including the high temperature created when cutting at high speeds. In addition, milling cutters are more resistant to any mechanical damage, which makes them usable for a very long time. The cutters are suitable for various types of conventional and CNC numerical machine tools.
