Woodruff groove milling cutter 22,5x5
End mill shaped 22.5x5, type NFRh (outer working diameter x thickness of the working part). This is a cutter with high cutting properties, designed for professional cutting of Woodruff grooves (shuttle grooves). The cutter is recommended for high-performance machining of hard materials of P1 class. 2- P1.3 such as metals, non-ferrous metals, unalloyed steels, structural steels, non-ferrous alloys and non-metallic materials. The NFRh cutters we offer are made in accordance with the DIN 850 A dimensional standard. They have straight blades, and thanks to the tapered shank part, there is a possibility to cut deeper into the workpiece. The cutters are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel with increased strength for very heavy cutting conditions. Thanks to its properties, the cutters are very hard and highly resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and others).
