The threader has a reinforced shank in accordance with DIN 371, and is designed for machine cutting of American unified fine UNF threads. These are inch threads of ¼ inch diameter, 28 turns per inch. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B, the thread outline is triangular with an angle of 60 degrees. The unified machine threaders we offer are made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a unique tool steel with enhanced cutting properties. First of all, they are characterized by high precision and cutting efficiency.
