High quality metal drill 5,5 mm with Morse taper shank for steel. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard NWKc, DIN 345. The drill has two central blades and special spiral grooves designed to quickly and efficiently remove the excess cut material up the hole. The drill has a blade angle of 118 degrees. It is made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Thanks to its properties, the drills are characterized by very high cutting parameters, and the holes made are axial along their entire length. The tools are resistant to very difficult drilling conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) created during high-speed operation. The 5.5 metal dr ills are recommended for machining unalloyed steel, automatic steel, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. The drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping), which increases their service life. They are recommended for conventional drills, lathes, milling machines and computer numerical control machine tools - CNC
