Carbide insert SEKN 1504 AFTN multi-flute milling insert from Swedish manufacturer Sandvik made to the highest standards. It is an insert designed for professional machining, both in small workshops and large industrial plants. Carbide insert the multi-point has the following dimensions: side length 15 mm, insert thickness 4,76 mm, with chamfer. It has the advantage of increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to abrasive wear even at the high temperatures created when cutting at high speeds. The SEKN 1504 AFTN multi-cutting inserts found in our store are manufactured from 6920 (P10-P35) carbide (M15-M25). It is a CVD-coated grade designed for medium and rough machining of steels and stainless steels under harsh machining conditions. The inserts can be used for conventional and CNC machine tools.
