The tolerance field of the threads made is standard for this thread 2A, and the nominal diameter of the thread - UNC 1-8. This type of fine threading dies are produced from special high-grade HSS - High Speed Steel, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 22 568. They are characterized by increased ability to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3.. This group of materials includes, among others, unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, metal alloys (brass, bronze), non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper). The dies offered in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are suitable for professional high-speed machining, during which very high temperatures are generated. The blades of the dies are resistant to abrasion when exposed to temperatures up to 600 degrees C. They are rarely subject to fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and others.
