High-quality circular unified threading machine designed for professional cutting of UNC 3/8-16 inch unified threads with normal pitch. 60 degree angle, tolerance class of cut threads 2A, 1,75P nut. In our store, we offer you professional 3/8-16 UNC thread-cutters made in accordance with DIN 22568. For the production of thread-cutters, a special HSS high-speed steel is used. This is a steel characterized by high mechanical properties. First of all, the dies produced from it are characterized by better cutting properties, allow to realize high-performance machining and better threading accuracy. A great advantage of the tools is their resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures arising during high-speed machining. The dies are suitable for threading parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermosetting plastics.
