Mounting SYSTEM "T" - positive or negative blade geometry.
Turning tool foldingTTGNR 25x25 for TNMG 160408 insert. Interchangeable inserts single-sided (insert angle equal to 11°) or double-sided (insert angle equal to 0°), square and triangular, with a flat contact surface, fixed on the contact surface with a screw head that presses the insert through a carbide chipbreaker laid on it. Turning tool TTGNR 25x25 with inserts clamped in the "C" system are used for roughing (negative geometry) and finishing (positive geometry) of external surfaces and holes (positive geometry).
The "T" system is characterized by easy insert change and good repeatability of the blade position. The superimposed chipbreaker makes clamping more difficult, but gives the possibility to adjust the position of the chipbreaker edge.
