The unquestionable advantages of multicutting inserts include their high hardness and durability, as well as increased resistance to severe cutting conditions. The inserts are resistant to abrasive wear under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. The multi-cutting inserts from our store are made of high-quality carbide grade 4025 (P15-P40) (M25-M35). This grade is designed for machining steel, cast steel and stainless steels with splinter chips of large cross-section and variable thickness. It is resistant to fatigue dynamic loads.
