High-quality core hole drill 18 for metal tubular long, with a working diameter of 18 mm, designed for making (milling) holes of large diameters. Machining is carried out by cutting the material off around the perimeter of the hole, which reduces the amount of chips produced. The leftover material can serve as a full-fledged material. The drills also have the advantage of reducing working time by about 30 to 40 percent compared to standard drills. The core hole drill 18 tubular metal drill bits we offer are also called trepanning or crown drill bits. In case of wear they are suitable for reconditioning (resharpening). The drills are made of modern HSS high-speed steel, which increases strength to withstand harsh cutting conditions, and also increases resistance to any mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining hard materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys).
